Formula 1 Grand Prix of Spain — MADRING Madrid

Formula 1 returns to Madrid for the first time since 1981. The Gran Premio de España takes place 11–13 September 2026 at MADRING, the brand-new 5.47 km semi-urban circuit built around the IFEMA Madrid exhibition centre — 22 corners, dramatic elevation changes, and a spectacular flyover section.

MADRING is unlike any other circuit on the calendar. Located just 20 minutes from the city centre and 5 minutes from Barajas airport, it brings Grand Prix racing closer to a major capital than ever before. The Pass de la Castellana — a section that runs over and under itself — is already being talked about as one of the most distinctive pieces of track design in modern F1.

Madrid itself needs no introduction: the Prado, the Royal Palace, the Salamanca district's boutiques, rooftops overlooking the Gran Vía, and a gastronomic scene that ranges from century-old taverns to three-Michelin-star tables. For one weekend in September, the roar of the world's fastest cars will echo through the Spanish capital.

As with every F1 race, hospitality and paddock-level experiences are in extremely high demand for this inaugural edition. Early planning is essential.
