Question 1

What does a luxury family travel advisor do?

Accepted Answer

A luxury family travel advisor like Taivas Signature acts as your personal concierge for the entire journey — from first conversation to final return flight. We design completely bespoke itineraries, curate the finest private villas and five-star hotels, secure impossible restaurant reservations, arrange private transfers and exclusive experiences, and manage every logistical detail so your family can travel with complete ease and total peace of mind.

Question 2

How is Taivas Signature different from a traditional travel agency?

Accepted Answer

Taivas Signature is not a travel agency in any traditional sense. We are a boutique luxury travel advisory offering deeply personal, white-glove service. Every itinerary is designed from scratch around your family — no templates, no catalogues, no compromises. Through our Fora Travel affiliation, we access Virtuoso, Four Seasons Preferred Partner, Rosewood Elite, and other exclusive programmes, securing complimentary upgrades, amenities, and privileged access that simply cannot be obtained online.

Question 3

What luxury family travel destinations do you specialise in?

Accepted Answer

We design luxury family journeys to destinations worldwide, with particular expertise in the Maldives, Bali, Japan, Kenya and Tanzania safaris, Dubai, the Amalfi Coast, Tuscany, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Mauritius, Seychelles, Costa Rica, and the Swiss Alps. Each destination is approached with the same obsessive attention to detail and insider knowledge.

Question 4

Can you arrange private villas, yacht charters and exclusive experiences?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Private villa bookings, yacht charters, helicopter transfers, private game drives, bespoke cooking classes with Michelin-starred chefs, after-hours museum access, and other extraordinary experiences are all part of the concierge service we provide. If it can be arranged, we will arrange it.

Question 5

Do you work with Virtuoso and preferred hotel partner programmes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Through our Fora Travel affiliation, Taivas Signature has access to Virtuoso, Four Seasons Preferred Partner, Rosewood Elite, Belmond Bellini Club, and other exclusive programmes. This means your family receives complimentary room upgrades, daily breakfast, resort credits, early check-in, late check-out, and personalised welcome amenities at hundreds of the world's finest hotels.

Question 6

How far in advance should I contact Taivas Signature?

Accepted Answer

For peak season travel (Christmas, Easter, summer), we recommend planning 6–12 months in advance to secure the best properties and experiences. For travel outside peak season, 3–6 months is generally ideal. That said, we do accommodate last-minute requests when possible — contact us and we will assess what can be achieved.

Question 7

What is the typical budget for a luxury family journey with Taivas Signature?

Accepted Answer

Our clients typically travel with a minimum accommodation budget of €500–€1,000 per room per night. Full bespoke journeys for a family of four generally range from €15,000 to €80,000+ depending on destination, duration, and level of exclusivity. We are fully transparent about costs from the very first conversation.
