How we work, step by step
Before we speak, we want you to know exactly how we work. No surprises.
First contact
We respond personally in under 24 hours. No automated forms, no bots.
Initial call
30 minutes, no cost. We listen. We explain how we work. By the end, you know clearly whether we are a good fit — and if not, we'll tell you that too.
Brief and fee
If we proceed, we send a 1–2 page brief. You confirm, pay the planning fee, and we begin. No surprises.
Trip design
4 to 6 weeks. We design the complete trip. Halfway through we call to validate direction. At the end you receive a full PDF dossier.
Confirmation and bookings
Up to 2 rounds of adjustments included. Half the planning fee is deducted from the total trip cost if you confirm everything through us.
During and after
24/7 channel for genuine emergencies. Normal working hours for everything else. One week after you return, we call for 15 minutes.
Payments & cancellation
Our planning fee is the only payment we receive personally. It is non-refundable once trip design has begun, as it covers our working time. Half is deducted from the final cost if you confirm the journey through us.
All trip components are contracted directly with each supplier or through the Fora Travel network. Each component follows its own supplier cancellation policy, which we explain clearly before confirmation.
We always recommend comprehensive cancellation insurance. For complex trips, it is not optional — it is essential.
